Salesforce Functional Consultant (Pardot)

Purpose of Position
You will be responsible for tackling complex business challenges and solving them through business improvements and deliver innovative solutions using Salesforce to ensure customers' success. Working with multiple teams to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions. You will need to have in-depth knowledge of business processes and Salesforce making yourself a trusted advisor. The success of the customer is your first priority.

Defining the overall design, including proper high level architecture for a SFDC platforms and other SFDC clouds to meet customers’ requirements.
Giving support to other projects in the definition of the architecture, including a selection of tools, frameworks and best practices.
Supports product owners or business team in order to provide development team the right level of requirements definition.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities of this specific role

  • -Responsible for the design, build and test of e-mail and SMS automated Marketing and lead Nurture Campaigns using Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Pardot
  • -Lead defined and produced targeted campaigns.
  • -Design and data segmentation.
  • - Participated and led client discovery workshops to scope Pardot and Marketing Cloud elements needed to design solution ESP and CRM solutions.

Salesforce Sr. Sales Account Executive with CloudGaia NorthAmerica

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented, experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our Sales team here in North America. The Sr. AE must demonstrate skills and experience in selling (and co-selling with Salesforce AE’s) large-scale business transformation programs using Salesforce.com and other leading digital platforms. This professional will help lead the strategic planning and implementation of front office capabilities (sales, service, and marketing) to help drive their growth strategy and deliver the best customer/employee experiences.

The successful candidate will have a balanced blend of business and technical solutions skills to help shape the solution and articulate the vision and execution plan to business and IT client executives. The candidate will be able to orchestrate the solution design across functions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Integration) and bring together the right team and experience to present holistic solutions that will deliver on the client’s vision and objectives. The candidate will be accountable for prospecting and winning new business

Typical Day Snapshot – Senior Sales Account Executive
While we'd love to say that there's a typical day in the life of a consultant, we all know that every day will be different! Some of the day to day challenges of this role will include:
- Support pre-sales activities by coordinating sales calls and proposal development
- Guide the client/prospect in creating Salesforce-centric strategies involving service, sales, operations, marketing, channels, vendor and overall customer experience.
- Identify new opportunities and build/maintain quota-attaining new business pipelines.
- Facilitate the solution design trade off conversations that evaluate potential design options and balance business value of the customer experience against the cost of development and ongoing maintenance.
- Own new business initiatives by planning and managing innovative and effective biz-dev & marketing programs.

Responsibilities for Sr. Sales Account Executive:

  • Consultative sales approach to recommend program/project level approach, products & delivery team for prospective new customers based on their individual needs.

  • Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
  • Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales

  • Use data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales opportunities, as needed.

    • Qualifications for Senior Sales Account Executive:

      • Eight to Ten years of experience in a relevant area of sales or marketing
      • Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations
      • Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
      • Expertise with Salesforce
      • Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently
      • Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
      • Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods
      • Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns



      Compensation:

      • Base Salary + Commissions (based on quota)
      • Graduated commission percentage based on closed-won year 1 net new revenue starting from 8% to 10% increasing to a maximum of 12% to 15% (depending on seniority and ability to source new account relationships from current relationships).

Purpose of Position
The Salesforce Technical Architect plays an integral role of the Technical Design and Execution Authority, road mapping projects from a coding perspective, gathering complex requirements and converting those to efficient and live solutions. It is responsible for ensuring our technical solutions enable, satisfy and advance our client’s needs and objectives while adhering to the highest technical and security standards, and ensuring our teams develop their knowledge and skills accordingly.
